Delivery of Goods

• Our products can be picked up in person in Prague, by prior arrangement only.
• We usually send the "Standard" product in storage boxes. Please note that this does not apply to long "Mahogany" and "Maple" products. These are longer than 50 cm and do not fit in the box.
  
• The "delivery to storage location" service costs CZK 96 (Zásilkovna) or CZK 62 (PPL). We have no influence on these prices; they are charged by the carriers.
  
• If you choose delivery to a PPL storage location (for CZK 62), you must provide us with the eight-digit code of the storage location, beginning with the letters KM. See here: https://www.ppl.cz/mapa-vydejnich-mist
• Alternatively, we can send the products to any address you specify via PPL. This costs CZK 99.
  
• You can have the goods delivered cash on delivery. PPL charges CZK 140 for this service.
• Shipping outside the Czech Republic is only possible by prior arrangement.
